It's graduated compression is great up the leg, crotch and tummy to push the fluid up to the heart. I appreciate that they don't slide down or hang in the crotch area. They stay put and are comfortable and easy to get on.I need them to go over my ankle and the legs are long enough for me to allow them to cover 1/2 of my foot and get the good ankle coverage. I measured between a Med and Small. I like the Med — but also bought Small later on and I feel it's the better of the two for me regarding is fit and compression (while still covering my ankles/feet).They aren't technically a measured compression, but they feel like a 20-30 mm/Hg. Definitely not medical grade. But also not fake sportswear compression. They're not meant as outerwear / leggings as they're see through as they stretch. But could be worn under a skirt. I wear them under my workout clothes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great leggings once I figured out an easy way to get them on. *by on Reviewed in the United States November 26, 2025* These compression leggings were recommended by my physical therapist for my lympho/lipedema knees and legs. I was hesitant of how the upper part of these leggings would affect my gut issues from several surgeries, but I’ve found the high waistband and lighter compression on the tummy area to be quite comfortable.Update: I’ve worn this pair and another pair almost daily for over a month. They seem to be very durable and wash up nicely. These are thicker leggings. Great for cooler temps.As far as getting these on, once I figured out how to do it (definitely do not use the “scrunch” method recommended on the package) I find these go on relatively easily and without pain. Tip: fold them inside out until you have a lower leg amount about the length of a knee high. Pull on up to your knee (like you’d put on a knee high sock). At this point the rest of the legging should be folded back over your calves so that the crotch is inside out at your ankles. Now begin taking about 4-6” and unfold above your knees. Do this again until the legging is about mid-thigh. At this point you can just unfold them the rest of way up over your belly and make any minor adjustments you need to. Reverse the process when you take them off and they’ll be ready to go the next day. The whole process takes me less than a minute and is pain free.
