Review: Great for getting back to yoga - I'm 5'11 and fit laying down on this perfectly, it's super comfortable. not soft that you sink in, but not hard that it hurts no different if you were on the floor, perfect thickness and density. The grip is fantastic as well, No issue with it sliding around.
