I used them in a fish pie, along with prawns and basa fillets. Very tasty it was. They do have the skin on, so you may wish to remove or not. Grilled fish skin, is rather nice. All crispy and crunchy. It's not so good in a pie though. They tasted exactly as I expected. Smoky and meaty. They aren't large, so you would probably need 2 to make a meal. I certainly do.
