I also like the plain sea salt ones. The cracked pepper is good too but it is way too peppery for me; I think you have to be a big pepper fan to like that one. and this flavor--the smoky chili & lime--is the one I like best. If you have never tried any of these snacks before, I highly recommend the sampler pack. Then if you like some a lot, you can reorder them in six-packs. These snacks are crunchy too. If you like to munch on snacks and are used to simple, healthy, foods I think you'll really enjoy them.Each bag comes with two servings in it for a total of (if you eat both servings, which I do) 280 calories, 4g fat, 46g carbohydrates, and 14g protein. The sweet cinnamon has more carbs and less protein than the others because of the added sugar. This snack is gluten-free and uses non-gmo garbanzo beans. The ingredients are roasted chickpeas, evaporated can juice (ie, sugar), coarse salt, gum arabic, expeller-pressed canola oil (non-gmo), Vitamin E, and then whatever the flavor is. I have exact ingredients on my reviews of the individual flavors on their individual flavor six-pack site.Half of the package (or one serving) isn't that much food, plus then you have the problem of keeping the rest of the package crunchy--if you leave them out in a bowl they will be not so crunchy the next day. I'm not sure why they add the sugar, but the taste is really fantastic without being sweet, so maybe it keeps them from being bitter.Sometimes if I just want to have a delicious snack and I'm hungry and able to handle the carbs, I have these. They take a while to eat (they can be a bit hard on your teeth as they are very, very crunchy) and fill you up, plus if you drink lots of water (or other beverage) with it, you'll be really full afterwards.They can be purchased by flavor in a six-pack or here as part of the sampler set.Highly recommended.***** ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent snack! *by V***C on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2011* Garbanzo beans as a snack? Who would have though they'd make a great snack? The makers of the Good Bean have accomplished making a relatively healthy snack that taste good. When I first tried some I did have a reaction of "this is a bit chalky." But after a couple bites I got used to the texture. These are not similar to peanuts or tree nuts in texture. I like all four flavors although the Smokey/Chili could be spicier and have more lime flavor for my taste. The cinnamon is my least favorite but it is still a tasty treat. I really like mixing the pepper and sea salt together. The only downside in my view of the Good Bean is the sodium content. 7% daily sodium is higher than I'd like (each packet is 2 servings so one packet has a lot of sodium (over 300 mg). The Cinnamon variety has just the right amount of sweetness; the Lime option has just the right amount of citrus tang!
