I learned a couple of months later from one of those gift recipients that theirs was defective (one of the ports would not accept the cable end). I sent an email to the company seeking replacement, but I got zero reply. I would have given a 5 start rating because again mine still works great, and I verified with the others who got one from me as a Christmas gift that theirs is still working fine too. It was just very disappointing that company didn't even bother replying to my email. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good flashlight, so-so power bank *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2017* The bank is built rather well and flashlight provides a strong flood light good for lighting up a tent or room in case of a power loss.I was not impressed by the power capacity, after charging my Note 8 it was almost all spent. I've taken meter and the best I can get out of the fully charged bank is ~3300mAh @ 5V = 16.5Wh, which is only 2/3 of the claimed 23.7Wh capacity.
