The biggest part of my abdomen is 42 inches and what fit me the best was an XL. That is usinG the extender on the loosest clasp so I can get the most use out of it. So I would say measure the widest part of your waist and the subtract 12 and that’s the size you should be. (42-12=30) XL size shoes 30.5.
