Its crystal clear and so much better than just using tape. One 3 ml tube did an s3 and a note 3 with a little left. The s3 was easy but the note 3 was much more difficult to get the bubbles out of. I compared my repaired note 3 to my wife's perfect, factory note 3 and I can't tell a difference. I used too little on the S3 and had a tough time spreading the glue but it came out perfect. I used too much on the note 3 and had it come through the phone. I cleaned what I could and the phone works perfectly so it hasn't seemed to hurt anything. Its a little expensive for the amount. I don’t recommend doing this yourself unless you have a heat gun, uv light, infrared thermometer, and some skill. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Did not cure. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2017* It never hardened, so the touch screen was not working properly after. I left it under the light and kept it close for a long time even though most instructions say that only a few minutes are needed.I ripped off the newly installed screen and confirmed that the glue was not cured. It basically ruined by phone and wasted my time.I did buy it over a year ago and kept it in a drawer, I don't know if that was a factor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars but when a Polymer Chemist friend of mine told me that it should cure fine in direct sunlight *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2016* I was a little worried when I realized that I don't have access to a UV light, but when a Polymer Chemist friend of mine told me that it should cure fine in direct sunlight, I decided to give it a try.After setting the new glass down a bit too quickly (oops), I found several bubbles in the glue. This was quickly remedied by rubbing the glass to work the bubbles off of the screen area. Even the bubbles that were in the direct center of the glass worked right out quickly!I then put the phone in direct sunlight for about 2 hours; and -- voila! The LOCA had cured perfectly.My one mistake in the process was to not check on the bubbles right after I worked them off the screen. One TINY bubble worked its way back onto the edge of the screen without my notice, and by the time I noticed it, the cure had begun to the point where I can't move it any more. This is of course nearly an unnoticeable problem -- you have to look VERY hard to notice the bubble under the glass.One other note -- my Chemist friend indicated that the season, and your location on the planet will affect the amount of UV that you get; which will affect the cure time. I am in early Spring in Northern Illinois, and was lucky to have a day with FULL sun. 2 hours of that was enough to cure it perfectly.For me, I WON'T be putting a screen protector back on my phone -- I'll just replace the glass again if I ever drop it!
