Tio Conejo coffee lives up to the adjective of "Premium". Comes in nice looking packaging, but I'd recommend putting the coffee in an airtight container to seal in the flavor.This is a medium roast with a mild to high acidity profile, but is not overly so of each. You can definitely taste the citrus undertones, which makes this great to drink black with no sweeteners or creamers (the way it is meant to be enjoyed). Overall, great if you're looking for a medium roast. I felt so sneaky taking my secret whiff :-). I felt sexy whiffing this. I haven't made any yet so I can't say how it taste but I doubt I'll be disappointed. The seller followed up on the order and remembered that I wanted this for my husband- point.
