The vacuum literally came apart at both seams as soon as it touched the water! I was able to get one spot on the vacuum glued together with PVC pipe glue. Can only use if I hold the bottom part on by hand and try to vacuum with the other hand. I use the net without the handle because I got tired of putting it back together! I would NOT recommend this to anyone. When I bought it I failed to read the part that said comes with 1 of 2 hose connections at random.. the 1st hose connection attaches directly to the connection on your existing hose fitting. The 2nd hose connector replaces the fitting that is on your existing hose and then connects directly to the vacuum. You either have to have a hose that has one open end without a fitting or cut off the existing fitting and replace it with the one that came with this product.
