I love that it is so much less messy than other dispensers. I love that it is hands free but... The product doesn't dispense as promised. It takes at least two try's before it will dispense the soap. This is a time waster and if you don't hit the light just right sometimes it doubles the soap dispensing. I am not going to get rid of it because even with these inconveniences it is better than the hand pump model.
