But I didn't find any usefulness using this product. Don't waste your money. **Q: Are these clear capsules with powder inside?** A: Yes and the powder is tan. **Q: What is the ginsenoside content?** A: The label says that one capsule contains 518 mg of Korean Red Gensing (Root); it does not list any other ingredient. A caution: I loved these when I first started taking them. They seemed to brighten my mood and give me more energy very noticeably. However, after about six months of taking one or two daily, I began to have major heart palpitations. These became so alarmingly strong and frequent that I eventually had my heart tested. It tested as healthy, so my doctor asked me if I was taking anything that could account for the palpitations. I mentioned Gensing; he said "That could do it," and suggested I stop for awhile to see. Sure enough, the palpitations went completely away. I do take many different supplements and I like to add Ginseng to the mix so I gave Prince of Peace a shot. Understanding that everybody's body is different and reacts different ways usually keeps me from slamming a product unless it is really jacked up. In this case I would say the shipping speed and price for what you get is not bad for this product and at this does rate I only have to take 2 a day, so that's a plus. As for the product itself I must be either getting used to the Ginseng or these brands arent packing enough punch because my last 2 shots have come up leaving something to be desired from the Ginseng world. I did not get the giddy up I was hoping from this and think I will return to my old brand even if it is a little more expensive.
