**Q: What is the % fat content?**
A: For 9 wafers, calories 70, calories from fat 60.
Total fat seems to be 10grams for the 9 pieces.  It’s quite confusing for me to read the label since I’m not familiar with grams.  Just don’t eat too many and you’ll be fine.

**Q: Does this contain added cocoa butter?**
A: Ingredient listing does include cocoa butter.

**Q: What is the ingredient list?**
A: "Cacao beans (organic, fair trade); Evaporated cane syrup (organic); Cocoa butter (organic, fair trade); Sunflower lecithin. Made on equipment also used to make milk chocolate; not suitable for individuals with milk allergies.
Made in a peanut-free and gluten-free facility. We do not use ingredients that are genetically-engineered."

A: They are a 3/4 of an inch round circle and about 1/8 of an inch thick in the center, then sloping down to the edges.

These are so easy to use, great quality melt and taste of chocolate without the sweetness. 12 oz reseal bag is conveniently sized for most recipes and lets me jazz up some of my other baked goods, etc., as surprise addition.
