A: No it’s not food! It’s for facials treatment or any body care.

**Q: Cómo usar ?**
A: Puedes buscar recetas para el cutis con arcilla o si la quieres usar  para ingerir, pues te cuento que yo lo hice (siguiendo los consejos de una señora un poco hippie en FB y no lo haría de nuevo) y no hace nada ni bueno ni malo. Puede dar diarrea eso sí 😂 pero no tiene permisos de salud entonces no lo recomiendo ni lo volvería a hacer.

A: I know it is great for my skin. I haven’t personally tried it on my hair, but there are many diy recipes out there that call for it. It is for safe for skin, I don’t see why hair would be any different.

**Q: I've seen conflicting messages about it being safe for internal use--is it actually?**
A: I have no idea, I personally would not use anything internally, unless it states it is a food grade clay. It does not state this on the bag it came in.
