A: All the ingredients we use in our Trek Flapjacks are GM free.

**Q: Do these contain milk or eggs?**
A: No milk or eggs - these are suitable for vegans

**Q: What expiration date are these lemon trek bars please?**
A: I bought my Trek coconut bars in April 2021 and they had a best before of sometime in 2022.  They aren't the sort of thing which has a short BBE and even when they are out of date they will still be perfectly fine to eat, they will just not taste as nice or the protein may have degraded and not be as effective in building muscle. They are probably the nicest tasting Vegan protein bars I've tried but they are more like ordinary chocolate bars in that they only have 9g of protein in them so it's not really fair to compare them to bars with 15-20grams of protein.

They’re great with a cup of tea or just to throw in a bag for when you’re running errands or need something quick between meals. If you're looking for a plant-based snack that doesn’t taste like cardboard, this is it.
