He also peed everywhere except on the pads. The clicker was OK, but it stopped clicking. The treat pouch could have been crafted better. It's a mini backpack pocket. But it would be better if it was lined or possibly a thermal bag and had zipped closure so that you can keep the treats fresh. The whistle 1st time using it my puppy actually came to me without a fuss and the clicker (which I had no idea how to use it at first) astonished me when my yorkie wasn't barking as much towards the other dog & she is known for barking uncontrollably when it comes to other dogs. Wow! This is what I needed all along. The ebook was informative. Although this company states a refund policy, I'm completely satisfied. Finally have a product that works & is helpful.
