The 911 cellular dialing worked in many tested locations. The fall detection worked when tested and did not go off when I wore it cleaning the parents' house. Unfortunately, my too hip 80 year old mother decided she want a working 4g cellular without a watch without a smart phone, instead. So, I am calling this same company for a 911 watch. These 911 dialers are not for people who have heart attacks, or fall down unconsciously. Skyangel911.com sales have other solutions. A person needs to be able to tell 911 the emergency and their location.
