It was very heavy as everyone else expressed, I had to use a dolly and the help of my mom to get it inside. The length of the box wouldn’t fit through my bedroom door so I had to unbox in the living room then move to bedroom. The assembly was a breeze. The instructions were easy to follow despite it being mostly pictures. It took all of one hour with the help of my boyfriend to assemble. After sleeping on it one night I am thoroughly impressed from the price to delivery and assembly I feel this bed was a great investment. It lifts my bed off the floor while adding additional storage and setting space with the ottoman attached. I’m glad I took the leap in purchasing. I was worried something could arrive damaged or missing but this product proved me wrong. I decided to leave a review because it helped inform my decision which I’m so happy I did. The material is soft and the ottoman is deep! You can put soooo much in it and still have space. It's well made and was easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together without a single argument and only used the tool that came with it. It's well supported and uses real bolts, not the toggle/lock bolts so much flat pack furniture seems to utilize. The headboard even clears the electrical outlet behind the bed.
