Customer Service ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product works just like they say. *by T***M on June 19, 2025* Worked in my 2,400 gallon Koi pond just like advertised fish are happy water is no longer cloudy with algae getting through the filter medium and I have waterfall pond filter with skimmer with 8 layers of filter pads and algae still gets through and clouds up the water not anymore Oh and I also have a 55watt UV filter light that kills the algae and other stuff. It took 2 applications about 4 days apart and the results are incredible. I added some fine batting fiber to my filter and after a few days and rinsing the batting a few times the water is crystal clear. It will not clear the water without filtering. Flocculant causes the suspended algea to clump together allowing the filter to separate it from the water. My pond is approximately 1,000 gallons with 3 small koi and 3 goldfish.
