I have a similar pair and was telling her how much I liked them. These ones are better than mine. They block out the blue light and to prove it, they come with a blue light flashlight. Shine the light through the glass and you'll see that the glasses stop the blue light from coming through. If you wear them in the evening before bed, they'll help you sleep better. They also work great for the computer monitor.
