The turn on and off levers turn smoothly and the units seem to last for years. ### ⭐ Not exactly as advertised *by D***. on April 7, 2017* One of the main reasons I bought this unit is that I'm sick and tired of replacing them every year. Either the fittings crack, or the shutoffs break, or something else falls apart. This one was billed as "Premium Quality, Made to Last, Buy Once and Never Look Back, Strong Stainless Steel Material". Far from it, the body is made from cast malleable iron (you can tell from the seams), which means it will break at the end of this season or next. And the main fitting on top is only copper, inside, which means it will wear out after a year or two. For $6.95, I'll use it, but it is a disappointment, and NOT as advertised. EDIT: When I went to attach this, I could not get my hose to connect properly. The white-metal fittings have rough seams, and the thread does not even go all the way around (unlike the picture). Even with a pair of channel-lock pliers, I could not get the water to stop spraying in my face.
