I am glad I bought this because I will eventually need it at the rate I am going.

The newer model ZD-985 comes with a glass tube instead of the plastic ones the earlier models came with. At least I have a spare if it should get broken somehow.

I ordered this with the Desoldering Station, but as it turned out, I didn't really need to. The newer model ZD-985 comes with a glass tube instead of the plastic ones the earlier models came with. At least I have a spare if it should get broken somehow.

This product works perfectly and has been keeping my desoldering station working very well. The clear tube is glass not plastic so the solder does not ruin it. Warning.....Do not drop that glass tube when cleaning it out.
