I would be hesitant to use this on a dog over 20 lbs. The rope and clasp are small and light. The rope tangles and kinks easily. ### ⭐⭐ Rope burn *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2020* So I noted in the reviews a lot of people said this tangles too easily and I am completely agreeable to that statement I had this rope Tangled the first minute into using it. My pup gets a little knotted in it every time we've gone out. and it is so difficult to hold onto if he decides to run too far this rope chafes so bad. I got a major rope burn on my hand and my pup got one on his leg.I also remain a little concerned on how well it will hold up the rubber pieces that cover the stitching are pointless they do not stay in place.I would not buy again and I do not recommend for outdoor activities when you have to hold onto your pet.
