Yeah it charges my phone but it's defective. When I plug it in the description says it will charge the phone THEN the case no! It ONLY charges the case itself. So I wake up to a dead phone then have to use the case to charge my phone for the day! The case randomly starts charging my phone throughout the day when I don't tell it to. So if found that I have to charge the case separate and my phone separate just so both have a full charge for the day. I would expect this from a case I may have paid $15 for but I paid $40. Total waste of money. Other wise the case looks very nice and very pretty. It's heavy which I personally like. But I wouldn't recommend this case.
