There aren't many instructions.** A: You need to buy two hose locks 1. Tap to reel 2 hose to the reel. You need to cut a length of hose - tap to reel. Rest of the hose connects inside the reel with second hose lock **Q: Is there an easy way of getting the black plastic rivet into the wheel to keep it on? Both my husband and i have so far failed!
