These dumbbells are the BEST! They are a really nice quality. The rubber ends help to eliminate any scratching of floors or stands. It also makes it easier to grip while performing moves where you hold onto the ends. The hexagon shape makes the sturdy enough to use for pushups or other exercise where you'd put your weight on them. They will not roll! The contoured handles have a lot of grip to them so they won't slip out of sweaty hands.
