A: It's got a safety cap but you do need to push it down quite hard to open

A: Hi there, These are Childproof Caps.  You should push down and twist  to open.  Hope this helps

I have used DC TATTOO for almost all of my stick n pokes (way over 30 of them now) and I have to say it's been super easy to use, good value for money and I'm more than happy with my stick n pokes overall. Some of them need going over a year or two after, but mostly this is because of the location of the tattoo (Ie. On my pinkie where my phone rubs against my tattoo). This is what I'm working on at the moment!
