Two were from Amazon and one was from another seller.The two from Amazon came with what appear to be counterfeit silver/grey capes. One was also defective, and one was in good condition.The third nutcracker (from another seller) appeared to be genuine, but it was broken and the front beard was detached...Attached are pictures of the Amazon vs other side by side. The silver/grey capes are very thin and cheap feeling and don't look like item listing at all. At first I thought it was my monitor until I received the one with the thick, gold cape that looks exactly like the item listing picture.I'm a little confused by this all. My nutcracker came in with the beads and chems falling off the poorly hot glued structure as well as the wooden stand not even holding it up straight the king is lopsided and his gift is tilting as if it is about to fall out of his hands please do not support this China based and Chinese made horrible cheap quality nutcrackers ### ⭐⭐ BROKEN IN TWO PLACES *by K***H on Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2015* I hardly ever leave product reviews, but I decided to for this since the condition is so ridiculous. This nutcracker arrived broken in two places- the gold platform he stands on, and the jewels around one of his legs. I feel confident the jewels can be glued back into place, but the gold platform will have to be painted, and even still you'll be able to see the damage. This is totally unacceptable for something purchased as new to arrive in this condition. Several of the other reviews state their arrived broken too. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the reviews before I purchased.
