SIZE:Three 4 oz. barsDermaHarmony 5% Sulfur and 2% Salicylic Acid Body and Facial Soap helps prevent and control recurrence of itching, flaking and irritation associated with dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis. The soap, a registered OTC drug, is safe for daily use by adults and children. We've kept the ingredients as natural as possible (see ingredients list below).ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 5% Sulfur, 2% Salicylic Acid. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:Sodium Palmate, Sodium Cocoate*, Sodium Palm Kernelate*, Water, Glycerin (from vegetable oil), Soyethyl Morpholinium Ethosulfate (soy-derived), Sodium Chloride (salt), pentasodium perdelate. *May contain this ingredient. DIRECTIONS: For best results use daily or as directed by your doctor in place of your regular soap. Work up a later using warm water and gently massage into affected areas. Leave in contact with skin for at least 30 seconds. Rinse well. For best results use at least twice a week. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Because some customers experience a drying of their skin when using this soap, start with one application and then gradually work-up to daily application. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. You may follow cleansing with the natural moisturizer or conditioner of your choosing. Review: Good use. Little smell. - 9/12 UPDATE 3 weeks after finishing bar: It's been 10 days since I stopped using the bar. THANK YOU FOR CREATING IT. IT is worth using because the eczema has not flared up to drive me crazy since stopping but I think I will continue. Seems to protect better than diphenhydramine which I am using alone now. WHEN THE BAR WAS DONE: The bar lasted 3 whole months with no problem with product. I tried Triamcinolone Acetonide .1% (1mg prescription which I use on my ears). Applied cod liver oil, jojoba oil, zinc oxide for itching. I began then the sulfur bar to wash all hair and particularly the 2 inches at the nap of the hairline/neck. Leaves the hair very soft but like most shampoos flyaway. This morning only the 2 inches and ears. No itching for hours. Next at night before bed and in the a.m. All day whether I am sweating, eating (hey you know what I mean you wonder what makes it worse), all day good and over night without using at night. After 3 days the pain from scratching subsided. I use on ears and neckline everyday and cortisone 1% sometimes. Itch without finger nails and it goes away awhile. I love the suds. I will continue to use. My ears too.
Review: Paired w/ Zinc & Derm is Gone! - (Re-post from my Zinc review) All the beauty products out there & wow... This simple bar of soap does wonders. Almost cured my atopic/seborrhoeic Dermatitis. Paired with 2% Zinc soap, it erased it. I've only tried it paired with Zinc, not alone, so not sure of those results. I would recommend washing with this first, then a separate cleanser as this soap does have a slight odor (it's Sulphur, so ya know). This made my skin look more healthy, like "glowing" as the beauty products tout. No medicine worked except for a topical steroid for my dermatitis (which isn't good for long term use); I'm just amazed at how quickly this worked (within a week). I only wash once a day, I'm sure you could get better results with 2 washes a day. Even if you don't have dermatitis, for a regular beauty routine, I'd highly recommend too :)

**Q: The dermaharmony 10%/3% sulphur/sal. acid soap i ordered in feb 2021 seems to not be available now.  is this 5%/3% the only kind made now?**
A: We continue to make the 10% Sulfur & 3% Salicylic Acid.  Demand is very high and several raw ingredients are in short supply as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  We're having to wait for raw ingredient allocation (e.g. we're in line waiting for enough raw ingredients).  This question is from 7/1/2021.  The next production run is scheduled to begin on 7/9/2021 and will take about 14 days run-time.  This batch is more than 4x our normal batch size and we hope that we're making enough to not run out again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for "troubled" skin

I have been having a lot of ups and downs with my skin due to hormones over the past year or so as we have tried for a baby and have been on a fertility journey, so I am always on the lookout for solutions that are gentle and safe yet effective. I was recently having some good luck with a topical sulfur cream to help with some hormonal breakouts and wanted to give a sulfur cleanser/soap a try. I opted for this bar soap since it was inexpensive and had both ingredients I was looking for that my skin responds well to - salicylic acid and sulfur. So far I like this bar soap very much. It lathers really well and rinses clean without making my skin feel stripped or tight. The combination of the salicylic acid and sulfur works for me to seemingly help calm my skin when it is already breaking out and to speed things along with clearing it up/reducing the severity of the breakout.
