I initially taped the area for 4 days and left it off for 2 and reapplied. I would say that I am 89% better in this short time. Very easy to use. I "You Tubed" on how to apply. I appreciate that the tape is precut, however my only negative is that I would hav liked some shorter and some longer pieces. Overall, a great product and it stays in for several days. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A young guy, a disc golf club, and a honkey tonk.. stop if you've heard this one *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2019* I was under the impression this would make me have a hefty'er package? I wrapped 3/4 of the roll around my tiny "buddy" and was amazed at the instant results! I put my tightest bike shorts on and headed to the closest disc golf course!! Unfortunately I lost feeling to my legs and fainted on hole number 2. I awoke sometime later to local law enforcement officers, escorting me off the property. Unfazed by this set back I headed to the local honkey tonk. O how I fought. Every gentlemen with a cowboy hat had a go round with your poor reviewer. After i awoke to the pair of black eyes and 3 chipped teeth. I stumbled my way home to remove whatever was left down below. And this is when I explain my 5 star rating on its adheziveness.. it rip off wherever pride those cops and cowboys didn't.. next time I'll read the directions before use! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And I could get back to the activities I like doing. Then I started seeing other folks at the gym using it with and thought, "what a bunch of lemmings." But after dealing with a some plantar fasciitis for several months I read where one person used the tape on their foot. I had tried rest, the boot, and all the other methods with no relief. so I tried the tape. The difference is night and day. It allowed me to do my job with no foot pain (I'm on my feet all day). And I could get back to the activities I like doing. Highly recommend. At least for plantar fasciitis relief. Haven't tried it on anything else.
