I’m 5’10 and my legs are 36 in in length. I ordered size medium based on my measurements. For leg compression the medium was great. The length wasn’t long enough for me and I had to send back. Long legged and long waisted these aren’t a good fit for me. Really sad about it because I’ve been looking everywhere for compression tights.

While this maybe a well known company, they need more R&D in making them for men after a surgery. They dont stay up is you dont have a booty to keep them up.If you just  lounge around (AKA dont move) they will work just fine. I do not have that lesure so off to work I go, tugging these up as I walk (A huge pain). They lasted 3 days before I donated them to GoodWill. Much R&D  is needed to be useful to me.  Maybe they will work for you?
