Je fais souvent mes pâtes fraîches, j'ai déjà des plaques à raviolis de différents formats .. J'ai hésité à acheté celle-là, je trouvais le prix un peu élevé . mais combien de fois l'ai-je reluquée. Et moi qui adore faire les pâtes fraîches, toutes les pâtes ..et étant assez perfectionniste, alors je me suis lancée dans cet achat. Les raviolis se détachent bien mieux. De plus moi je trouve cette plaque esthétique , elle fait un bel ensemble avec la machine à pâtes que j'ai, de la même marque et même couleur.

This Ravioli maker is soooo great! It is simple to use and makes the perfect ravioli. I am so glad I splurged and bought the expensive one. I chose to watch several videos I found on line, before I made my choice between this one and the cheaper ones. This one seemed to be more fool proof. I'm so happy with this.
