I have been using this product for about 4 years now and it has helped me to make progressive gains when it comes to fitness and overall health and feeling good. In addition to other BPI Sports supplements that I take, I usually workout about 4 to 5 times a week. well with bpi, you basically gamble on getting a clean powder. They have great taste when they are clean, but sadly I got too many molded containers from this brand. almost 50% of my purchases , which is staggering honestly

All products PBI have been good but this element of product for some reason is getting moisture in.Glutamine.The second one sent was not solid but not full powder. Lot better but not perfect. I am using this one.I would encourage checking out why.U are amazing. Thank for service.Happy days !!

The product was clumpy like moisture got into it. Not powder like most mixed are. It was sealed. I had to mix with a fork to break it up in the container.

The product is great but the container is too tall. Once it got halfway full, I could not fit my hand inside to use the scooper. Had to transfer it to a tupperware bowl.Also, I wish I had gotten plain and not flavored. It doesnt go with the shakes that I make which i include bcaa and whey protein. Throws off the taste.But by itself its good!So if you plan to mix this with bcaa and whey prtein, get compatible flavors of each. I accidentally ordered apple bcaa, blue glutamine, and red velvet whey protein. NOt the best taste, but results are A1!

I first purchased Best Glutamine a little over a year ago and began using it post workout. I just mix it with ice water and sip on it following my lifts which has been a game changer in my recovery process. I didn't realize it at first but, when I had a few weeks without it, I noticed my recovery wasn't as seamless or expedited. I've learned this is a must have in my supplement stack to ensure I can maintain an effective training regimen. Love the taste as well! Overall awesome product.

Love this item behind the tv stand. It has plenty of plugs for all my entertainment devices.
