Sturdy, lightweight and most importantly does NOT move, slip or slide at all!! It’s great at catching all the leaves and mud my children drag in the house. It also does a fantastic job at absorbing and holding the water tracked in from the bottom of shoes. This rug has truly saved the wood floors underneath it. Note I also have two 85+ lb dogs that run to the door and from it full speed. However, like thec care instructions states, they went away once it was warmed up.
