I've only used it twice so far but I could definitely see an improvement - after about 10 minutes my muscles were relaxed and the pain was gone (mind you, I don't have chronic pain or anything too serious, so you may need to use it more frequently or for longer, depending on your condition).The equipment is well made and looks sturdy enough to last me a lifetime, and the longer strap worked really well wrapped around the door knob - not too long so that it touches the floor, but low enough to feel comfortable during use. The pack includes 2 different size door straps, the head support, a flexible cord, an eye mask (with plenty of other uses - think sleeping on a plane or in a bright room) and a hand grip ring (which I've yet to try). It all comes neatly stored in a little string bag, which is great for storing it when not in use. But after testing it a few times, we both haven't felt any different, plus it's not exactly calming to lie die on the floor, thinking that somebody might ignore the sign and bush your head with the door. It also doesn't look good to keep it attached to the door, and to put it away in a bag every time... at some point you just give up and leave it somewhere in the draw. Thats what happened to our purchase anyway. If you really want it, I think an old, long, knitted scarf would do the job just as good, for a trial. ### ⭐ Dont buy if you have a neck injury.
