Sectional gets delivered *by M***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2017* Some information that others might find useful. Sectional gets delivered, but you have to assemble it. There are predrilled holes for every leg, but only seems to be for two out of four holes. You have to drill the others or the wood frame might split (it started making those sounds when I didn't drill first).One of the bigger issues is that the two couches are not joined together at all. There are no male / female brackets or any other brackets that are typical of a sectional. I called the manufacturer and was told that is how it is. They also discouraged anything aftermarket saying that the frame was not designed for that and might not be strong enough. I will try with nonslip feet and see if it stays put on hardwood.The leather at the base is white. The couches are really firm, but the back pillows are soft. The head rests don't stay in place.If you like how it looks like in the picture you will like how it looks in your house. It looks pretty good and refined, so that part met expectations. It does not take over the room. Really good if you have a window where the chaise is as it does not cover it.
