I am always an XS top and Petite XS bottom in scrubs- sometimes with a little room to spare but not enough to size down. I am 5'3", 120-125 lbs, size 2/26, 34C. I bought the coordinating top in Hunter as an X-Small and it fit well. I would say that if you are bustier, then you MAY want to size up- depends on your preference as the material does have some stretch to it. Thanks to reading previous reviews that stated these ran a little small, I ordered both my usual Petite XS and Petite SMALL just in case. I couldn't get the Petite XS past my thighs (lol) but I carry most of my weight there so fine. I tried the Petite SMALL also but they were just a touch too tight in the waist for me to be comfortable and they looked like highwaters on me! They were especially short once I got my sneakers on, which is not something I have ever experienced before. I liked the top so much and the stretch that I ordered a Petite MEDIUM and a Regular SMALL to see if either of those work. I will update this review once I receive them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Max mobility, curve-friendly, need more pockets *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2020* These are my favorite type of scrub pants! Only kind I wear right now. So easy to move in, sit in, crouch in. Perfect for comfort/mobility. The waistband plus the extremely stretchy material is what makes them so great. I got these when I wanted something completely different after the cottony Wonderwink pants with the drawstrings totally backfired with my anatomy. You can’t sit or crouch without showing your underwear/crack in those types of pants if you have a remotely round butt. They just don’t stretch or conform to your curves at all. But these pants are as good and stretchy as you’d expect comfy sweatpants to be. They are a nice moisture wicking material that will dry fast if you spill on it. They never fall down like drawstring scrubs, especially when I have my gigantic heavy phone in my pocket. They move with my body 100%. The only downside is no cargo pockets, which I think is actually a huge disadvantage. Nurses need lots of pockets.
