Review: Fantastic product 5* - Incredible product!! 5*. I had tried a standard patio cleaner but the black spots on my porcelain patio just would not shift. Used this product and the results were fantastic. Said to leave the products on the patio for 45 minutes to work but it removed the black spots within 10 minutes. No scrubbing required. Just gently brushed in the product and let it do its work. Powerful stuff so wear gloves and protective goggles.

Application is simple, measure out the required quantity into a hand pumped spray, add water, apply and then using a stiff brush, work the solution into the slabs. Leave it for an hour and then power wash using a circular cleaner rather than a jet. There is a smell of bleach, but it is not overpowering outside. Safety wise, you are using a caustic substance and whilst gloves and goggles are not essential, you may wish to consider using them. I found it very effective on a durable surface, it offers value for money and more importanly it saves time. Easy to award 5 stars to and recommend.

**Q: Can this be used to clean Indian natural stone?**
A: I have Indian stone (that is what the I was told
I use it and it cleans the stone very well. This year I have then used a sealant that lasts about 2-3 years. Any dirt on the simply wash away. 
Be aware that if the stone has marks coming up from the bottom and is looking like stains, it will not clean the stone. This is apparently caused by poor installation.

**Q: will it till bamboo**
A: It will kill anything organic like plants.

**Q: Dilution is 1 part to 6....... would this be 1 litre of product to 6 litres of water?**
A: Personally I'd be a bit more generous with it - like 3 or 4 to 1 (litres). For stubborn stuff I do 50/50

**Q: This did not work. 50/50 dilution, used brush to apply, left for hours, rinsed with pressure washer, black spots still there.   What am i doing wrong?**
A: Black spots are tricky to remove, particularly if they've been on the surface for a long time. The best way to remove them is to keep the surface fully saturated with product for the full application time. If the surface starts to dry within this timeframe, you need to reapply the product to the surface to keep it wet. It may be necessary to repeat the application process to fully remove the black spots.

Absolutely fantastic and lived up to my expectation. Was a little worried handling at first but gloves and old clothes a must. Used on garden patio that I usually jet wash but not been able to last 2 years due to medical problems. Tried a 4:1 mix in a sprayer but ended up just 1:1 in a watering can as I'm lazy. Left for 20 minutes and hosed off. Brilliant. Saved jetwashing and the wife actually thought I'd jetwashed. Bought 10l and plan to do front driveway.
