**Q: Can I use this in a spray gun**
A: Hello, thank you for your question. The Kilz 2 Primer can be sprayed with an airless sprayer using a .017-021" tip. When spraying, you can thin with up to 8 oz. of water per gallon. Good luck with your project!

A: Hi there, great question. We don't have a maximum time that's recommended for when to apply your topcoat. However, it would be best to do it as soon as possible. This primer isn't designed to be a stand alone coating. The longer it doesn't have a topcoat, the longer it's exposed to wear and tear. I hope this was helpful.

I used this to cover up some really dark stains and water marks on my mudroom walls. I was skeptical because of how dark the marks were. It took a couple layers before I felt comfortable to paint over it but it looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier. The nice part is that it didn't smell. Now my dirty mudroom is all nice and fresh and clean.
