Two screws have to be inserted into whatever the bar will be attached to. The screw heads fit into holes on the back of the bar, so you can't see precisely where to put the screws so they will align with the holes. But the screw placement has to be precise. If the screws are off an eighth of an inch the bar won't fasten. Measuring where to drill the holes and how far the screws are put into the wall have to be exact. It is hard to get the screws in far enough for the bar to be tight against the wall without getting them in too far to fit into the holes on the back of the bar. Also, the screws that come with the product aren't appropriate for installation into many cabinets. They are 1-inch #6 screws. Most cabinets aren't an inch thick so the screws would stick through. I substituted 3/4 inch #8 screws. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Magnet not so "Heavy Duty" *by A***L on Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2017* After finally deciding where to mount this magnetic knife holder, we found that we needed 2 of them. So, like a dope, I ordered a 2nd one before actually trying it out. Turns out the magnet is not strong enough for my good knives....they just slip right off.
