It came, I followed the directions, it pops corn perfectly - light and fluffy, few dud kernels. It is everything I wanted in an air-popper. It replaced a 20-year-old Wear-Ever that finally failed. I hope to get as much life from this one. It works best when you have a full 1/4 cup measure (use the butter melt tray), nothing in the chamber but kernels, don't let it run too long. In other words, follow the directions.
