I waited months for this for my kids. Now that it is here it is defective and impossible to make stay in the doorway. On top of that, I tried to return it and I was told it is past the return time window. I’ve only had it for about ten days and I’ve been trying to assemble it the whole time. How can it be correct that the time waiting for a product counts against the time for a return. I also found that if you’re not careful it could pop your door frame loose if it’s not sturdy enough. I’m enjoying it and it’s a very stable design once you have it up and running.
