**Q: What does it weigh without the sides on? Hopefully much lighter than the advertised 82.5lbs with sides on?**
A: About 10 lb lighter. I'm 70 years old and love this wagon. It is very easy to handle. I put 1side down and sit when planting.

**Q: In preparation of arrival, i wanted to get a piece of plywood to line the bed (with sides up).  What would the dimensions of the playwood be?  Thanks!**
A: 20 1/2" x 38 1/2" will give you clearance for the sides to come up on both sides (Actual Internal Dimension  measures 20 3/4 x 38 3/4 with sides attached)

**Q: We have narrow gates to get through.  What is the wheel base?  I need something 24inches wide or smaller**
A: I just measured and the cart bed is 22 inches wide and the wheels are inside that measurement.

**Q: How do I replace pins for mesh removable sides?**
A: I have never taken mine off but have with other carts and never able to get back on.  I would look at Harbor  Frieght or another home supply store for the pins.  good luck.
