I would go crazy and pop 3 ~ 4 of these... 2 max per serving because the guarana can be strong for some.For the price the risk/reward ratio seemed acceptable to try it.... if it works long term ill buy more...PS: I like that it has chromium in it! chromium is good for weight loss... it helps mitigate insulin spikes (when insulin is present in the blood it makes fat burning nearly impossible).This is IMO a good product to use if you have been working out/doing all the right things and need that little extra push to get you over the next milestone in your weight loss goals.I went from 200, to 185 *quickly, then 185 to 179 rather quick but slightly slower , then 179 to 175 pretty slow, then 175 to 170 again slowly, and 170 to 165 pretty quick and then 165 to 159~160 slowly (all without this product).I still didn't achieve the full look I was going for, and I kinda got stuck at 159~161 (bouncing around).If this works long term ill re-review it in a month.Obviously if you are 300 lb and don't work out eat right etc... NOTHING will help you lose weight.... there is no such thing as a magic pill and even the most reputable fat burners are questionable.I would suggest loading up on vitamins and working out first and losing 20 lb on your own before trying any fat burners.UPDATE: DAY 3, So far I have lost 2.5~3 LB (my scale sucks so its hard to tell).This product seems to be working because I intentionally cut back on working out to see if this product has any effect.I am now going to start working out a little harder to add to the effect.Im probably going to order more/stock up on these for the summer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ energy boost with no jitters *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2011* I was looking for these specific supplements to help give me a little boost while dieting.
