My boyfriend was concerned about exercising since it causes his blood pressure to go up and he doesn't want to put a strain on his kidneys. After reading this book it reassured us that he will be able to continue to exercise and that it will be good for him. His blood pressure is steadily decreasing with being active and he's losing weight! He's on his way to better health. Now all we are trying to do is get a kidney friendly diet down. With light to moderate exercise and a healthy diet, I know he's going to be just fine!
