It is helping and I did not expect it to. Usually vitamins do not have any immediate effect. I am in my 50s closer to 60 and I am using one 5 milligram capsule a day when I get up (not always morning). The first 2 days I was more energetic. The first 24 hour period I could not sleep. Then I slept better than before. I have noticeably less back pain and more flexibility. No other changes to diet and I normally use zero pharmaceuticals, zero preserved foods, no GMOs, all vegetarian, kosher, and mostly raw/vegan. There is no weight gain. I might be pooping a little more than usual. It is an excellent investment in prevention and for prime members at forty bucks instead of $72 it is an unbeatable bargain, unless the 2% fillers turn out to be toxic. I read the label. It looks normal to me. The original brand is $20 more for the same size/amount without any discount. Finally, prime pays.P.S. Day 6 and I weighed myself.
