The best quinua is from the Altiplano [High Plateu] in Bolivia, they own the genetics and is secret.Their quinua, and all this cereals were planted before the Incas with the Aymara people from the Tiahuancu Civilization.Buy the real thing .  One can find Bolivian grains ,cereals on line , Amazon, or Supers.Never cook it with salt , it sours it, add salt after, look for dishes, soups, drinks.baking in Bolivian cooking sites.
