Cakes sunk in the middle and golden colour on one side only. Possibly a heating element broken. Due to arthritis I decided to buy a new mixer because I only had a hand held one. Today I made perfect custard creams and I found that this mixer was great. Not as noisey as my hand held mixer and very easy to use and clean. Nice size and weight for my needs and well worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by M***O on 24 March 2021* I was buying this mixer for my wife and she is so excited, it’s really good and easy to use. She really happy. She make a dought and it’s really easy and nice. Highly recommended, easy to use and easy to clean. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Making life easier *by S***Y on 4 May 2020* This is the first such mixer I have had so cannot compare to any other, although I did do my research.. However, due to wrist problem I can no longer bake β€œthe old fashioned way” and this mixer has set me free in the kitchen again! I only received it 3 days ago, well ahead of first estimated date and a day earlier than revised date, even with lockdown. So far I have made rock cakes, pastry and an upside-down cake using it and all have come out superbly. Suckers make it solid to the counter top. Blades reach deep enough into the bowl. Sound is fairly quiet. All in all I’m happy. I haven’t yet made bread using it (will do this week though) but do not foresee any problems.
