This is a great sauce to entertain with !  It makes a great gravy or a sauce or additive to any dish.  Who has time to boil allah bones and veggies necessary to get this flavor result.  Your friends will think you are chef de cuisine !!!  I am never out of it !!! The refrigerator life is almost infinite !  It truly has multiple uses  great on meats or a s gravy topping for mashed potatoes or even added to pasta dishes,  I even used it on Shrimp !!!!  Adding crushed red pepper flakes or sautéed onions or extra garlic is also nice expansion of the flavor of the Demi Glace that will make you want to slap your next of kin !!!!!!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I am a chef and I swear by this, all the some of the other demi glaze can be too salty this is absolutely perfect!! I use this and I love the chicken but I can make a chicken demi faster than a beef one so I just order the beef, the hollandaise is excellent too!

Hard as a rock and completely dried out.  Could not get the rock out of the jar.
