The volume was not soft, however, every time I turn it on, it was very loud to begin with. There volume dial has 0-20 (loudness level) but I can only use up to 6, any time I turn it pass 6 the repercussion, resound, or echoing, I don't know what term is correct, but the sound you would hear when you drop a microphone on the ground or banging it against the wall, sound that could blow up your eardrum. Anyway, as I expected. Review: but feel power so strong like DX333, also it has high performance - I got this baby, it was improved new, it has very low or no background noise, compare to BMB DX333. Even the spec said 400W, but feel power so strong like DX333,also it has high performance, crystal sound quality, more function such BBE, loud booster, 4 input channels, as for the cost, p/c ratio is very high.
