At every turn they try to upsell you on software, add-ons and God-knows-what. I was able to print one check but it had a large "VOID" across it because I did not complete the online verification process which included them asking for my credit card, even though I did not want to purchase anything. The second attempt, after I gave them my credit card number, took waaaay too long to try and connect to the server, failed an update and still would not allow me to print because I was still "not validated" with no clear direction on how to do that. I finally figured out I could be validated...for almost $100/annually.
